Gideons Manifesto

Gideon’s Manifesto is an Action that I did in hotels across the country. The Gideons have placed copies of the bible in hundreds of thousands of hotel rooms. My Action was placing a copy of the Communist Manifesto in the desk drawer next to the bible. My placing the Manifesto was not seen by an audience. The Action was later experienced by subsequent room guests or hotel staff. The video is a means of extending this Action into a gallery setting.
