Not In Our Name is a collaborative project with Marc Lepson. These 4 screen prints were inspired by a growing movement against the impending US war on Iraq. In particular they were a response to the Not In Our Name (NION) Pledge of Resistance. These prints were originally “exhibited” at the first major demonstration against the war held in Central Park, NY, Oct. 6, 2002. 70 of each of the 4 posters were made, attached to poles and distributed amongst the crowd which created a visual sea of oversized bodies determined to stop a war for empire.
